a. All advance reservations are at the weekly rate, good from July 30th through August 10th, 2008, and guarantee you a spot during the Rally for the entire 11 nights we are open, regardless of how many nights you actually stay. You do not need to let us know what day you are arriving or leaving, your reservation is good for the whole time, and your confirmation slip will reflect those dates.

b. Per person rates include a free tent site in the open camping areas. You may keep your tow vehicle, tent, and motorcycles at your site. See Part Two for bike trailer charges and additional options.

c. Reservations are non-transferable. Only the names of the people listed on your reservation will be allowed to check in. DO NOT expect to be able to substitute a name when you check in.  The new person will need a new reservation, even if you paid for someone else that can't make it. However, if you know before July 1st that a guest you have paid for can't make it, you can contact us and change the name...but only if you do it by July 1st!

d. Tent - No additional charge. Pick your own site in the open camping areas.

e. Daily Rates of $27/night per person are ONLY available at the gate during the Rally IF space allows. There is a 5-night maximum charge of $135 per person, available with this daily rate ONLY if you pay for the 5 nights or more all at once.

b. Bike Trailers - No hookups. No charge for trailers pulled behind bikes. No charge for trailers that fit on your RV site. Daily rates of $15.00 per night per trailer are available during the rally only.

c. Self-contained campers/trailers - No hookups. Pick your own site in the open camping areas. Daily rates of $15.00 per night per camper are available during the rally only.

d. Electric at tent - One plug-in provided per charge in the designated electric only area. No daily rates available during the rally.

e. Electric at camper - One plug-in provided per charge in the designated electric only area. No daily rates available during the rally. Camper and tow vehicle must be 30 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

f. Wagon Wheel - Water and electric hookups at each site (no sewer). We have an RV dump station with fresh water. No daily reservations available during the rally. RV and tow vehicle must be 40, 65, 80 or 85 feet or shorter in combined length, respectively. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

g. The Pines - Water, electric, and sewer hookups at each site. We have an RV dump station with fresh water. No daily reservations available during the rally. RV and tow vehicle must be 30, 40, or 55 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

h. Sunset Ridge - Water, electric, and sewer hookups at each site. We have an RV dump station with fresh water. No daily reservations available during the rally. RV and tow vehicle must be 65 or 85 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

i. The Quarry - Water, electric, and sewer hookups at each site. We have an RV dump station with fresh water. No daily reservations available during the rally. RV and tow vehicle must be 65 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

a. We will open for early arrivals on Sunday, July 27th and no earlier! Please DO NOT come any earlier than that as we will not be open.

b. Minimal services will be available during early arrival: 1 showerhouse will be open, port-o-potties will be placed in the campground, the payphones will be active, the office will be open and we will have a security check at the gate, and if you have reserved your site with hookups, you may use that.

c. Self-contained campers: you may use the dump station that is on site during early arrival.

d. Self-contained campers and Trailers: if you hadn't already reserved for your self-contained camper or trailer, and you will want the trailer at your campsite, then you will be required to pay for the rest of your camper/trailer's stay at the time of early arrival since we won't be seeing the camper/trailer back at registration. We don't want to you to have to take the camper or trailer back out of the campground to re-check that part in.

e. Each person: when we officially open on Wednesday after the early arrival period is over, you will be required to check in again at registration and be re-banded.
